This free event is open to school staff and partners from across the education sector with a role in promoting cyber resilience. The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), in partnership with the Education Authority (EA), will showcase free advice and resources to help schools move forward on their cyber security journey.

The School Cyber session will cover;

  • Tips on how to keep sensitive school data safe and secure.
  • Guidance on preventing and mitigating ransomware attacks.
  • Interactive teaching resources to empower young people to behave securely online.
  • Advice, resources and opportunities for schools and students interested in cyber security.

This free event will take place on Wednesday 19th April 2023. The event will run from 13:00-16:00 and you will be allocated a 1-hour slot to attend. This event is located close to the main CyberUK event. School staff and governors are welcome to attend.

Sign up here to register your interest. This event will be limited to 30 spaces per session. Once you have registered your interest NCSC will be in contact to let you know if you have been successful in securing a space.
